There are four "big cats":
JAGUARS live in big forests and can be found all the way from the southern US to northern Argentina.
LIONS live largely in sub-Saharan Africa.
LEOPARDS also live largely in sub-Saharan Africa. There are small populations still living in India, Sri Lanka, China and Malaysia.
TIGERS live in India and south-east Asia. The Siberian tiger still survives in remote parts of Russia.
